Limanowa Auto Moto Club, being the organizer of the 12th Hill-Climb Race “Limanowa – Ostra Mountain Pass” on 23-25.07.2021, informs that, there will be difficulties in road traffic on the district road no. K1609 Limanowa – Kamienica on 23.07.2021 (Friday) from 14:00 to 25.07.2021 (Sunday) to 21:00. This event will be the Round of the FIA European Hill Climb Challenge and the Round of the Polish Hill Climb Championship.
Additionally, on July 23, 2021 (Friday) from 6:00 to 20:00, Bronisława Czecha Street in Limanowa will be closed for the duration of the BK-1 control test of the GSMP round.
The event is co-organized by: SOS PZMot, Limanowa County Office, Limanowa City Hall, Limanowa Commune Office, and Łukowica Commune Office. Strategic partner of the competition is Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Region. Editorial patronage: RMF FM, media patronage: TVP3 Kraków, TVP Sport. The honorary patronage over the competition was taken by Mr. Andrzej Adamczyk – Minister of Infrastructure and Mr. Witold Kozłowski – Marshal of the Małopolska Voivodeship.
The road will be closed on the Limanowa section, the intersection of the “Limanowa-Kamienica” – “Stara Wieś-Stara Wieś Wola” road to the intersection of the K1609 Limanowa-Kamienica and K1610 Wierzyczka-Jastrzębie roads.
Recommended detours:
1) road K1613: Limanowa – Zamieście – Słopnice – Zalesie – Kamienica
2) K1610 road: Limanowa – Siekierczyna – Łukowica – Jastrzębie – Wierzyka – Kamienica
