Move along the race route, do not go on the road, you can get to most of viewpoints through alternative lanes or bypaths in the direction of the course,

Do not run on the road

Use fan zones – there are places done specially for you, with great visibility, spectacular scenery and safety for you and your acquaintances

Do not stand in front of tape – this may cause loss of health or life,

Observe rivalry of the competitors behind protective barriers – do not lean against them! – do not stand on closed places surrounded with tape

Cooperate with people dealing with protection – they are there to protect you and conduct the race effectively. This is their job they account for

If you hear whistle, it means that a car approaches – be very careful!

Auto Moto Klub Limanowa is applying strict criteria for media accreditation as set out by the FIA, the international governing body of motor sport.

Accreditation guidelines.

All accreditation applications must be submitted online using the accreditation form on the race website www.wysciggorski.pl.
 
Editorial offices can apply for more than one accreditation, but each application must be filled out on a separate form.
 
A maximum of 3 journalists, including a maximum of 2 photographers, can be accredited per editorial office. Deviations from this rule will be considered on a case–by–case basis.
 
For accreditation to be accepted, the medium must meet the criteria set out in the Act on the Press, and be publicly available. Advertising agencies and journalists (photographers, camera operators) working for teams will not be accredited as media! Deviations from this rule will be considered on a case–by–case basis.
 
For authors publishing on their social media profiles and freelancers, applications will be considered individually, taking into account, among others, the reach of individual profiles or the journalist/photojournalist’s previous work.
 
Journalist/photojournalist/camera operator accreditation is conditional on compliance with the rules of safe work during the race, as well as the requirement to wear a “FOTO” vest (photographers, camera operators) and an identification badge (journalists). During the race, only “PHOTO” vests provided by the Organizer are allowed.
 
Photographers may work only in designated “PHOTO” zones and areas accessible to fans – outside the tapes and barriers.
 
Information for Drone Operators
Drone operators, regardless of the type, weight, and size of their drone, are required to have a current qualification certificate/license authorizing them to operate the drone, as well as an insurance policy that will cover any losses caused by the drone operator. In addition, drone operators are required to obtain the necessary approvals to use drones in the airspace above the selected area.
The drone operator is required to check in through the DroneTower app.
The race organizers may request an immediate landing without giving a reason.
Operators of drones, please inform us when you receive your accreditation.
 
Upon completion of the event, accredited media are required to document their publishing activities:
– 1 copy – printed media,
– link – electronic media, –
– link to published photos – photographers,
– mp4 file with the broadcast program recording.
Failure to meet these requirements will be taken into account when granting accreditation in subsequent years.
 
All accredited media representatives must be at least 18 years old (this must be proven upon request during the receipt of badges at the Press Office).
After reviewing the application, we will send an accreditation confirmation via email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
